Hi... Kally here...  I have a great husband and 4 kids that I enjoy doing life with. I'm a web designer by profession, but my real interest is making a difference in people's lives.  My husband and I have a blog called Winning at Family. We've also recently started researching fitness and weight loss since we're now 40 something and it's not so easy to lose the extra pounds as it was 10 years ago. Running and kayaking have recently become my two favorite passtimes.
